She graduated cum laude from Newman University at age 20 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, later earning a second Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Learning Disabilities from Northwestern Oklahoma State University graduating Magna Cum Laude. While teaching and advocating for special needs children, she discovered her passion for real estate. Recognizing a gap in homeownership opportunities for individuals with disabilities, she obtained her real estate license and successfully championed grants to make homeownership accessible for them. Her advocacy expanded to supporting single mothers, guiding hundreds of women through the home-buying process and earning media attention for her transformative work.

Beyond real estate, Kathleen has achieved self-made financial freedom with a personal investment portfolio exceeding $12 million, enabling her to pursue her passion for making a difference.
