Her mission: to build transformative spaces and help women live exceptional lives not by doing more, but by unbecoming who they had to be to survive.
Kerin’s influence extends beyond personal transformation into the realm of strategic legacy and business growth. She serves as Chief Branding and Strategy Officer and co-owner of ASE Private Wealth™, a multi-million-dollar strategic advisory firm that partners with high-net-worth families and private business owners. At ASE, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s brand, culture, and long-term vision—helping translate values into strategy that builds lasting generational impact. At the heart of ASE’s mission is a simple, transformative belief: we help the overly taxed become fairly taxed.
She works alongside her husband, Devery “Rusty” Cagle—ASE’s CEO, Founder, and best-selling co-author of Empathy and Understanding in Business with Chris Voss—to lead initiatives that align purpose, vision, and legacy. Together, they guide clients through multi-generational strategies that honor both family and financial impact.
Kerin and Rusty also co-own 100-Year IMPACT™, a legacy design initiative helping entrepreneurs, families, and nonprofits clarify their values, build purpose-driven strategies, and design legacies that transcend wealth—leaving meaningful imprints on both local and global communities.
Her passion for legacy also extends into storytelling and media. As a producer with Abundance Studios®, a cause-based film studio, she contributes to the creation of socially conscious films that spotlight real stories, elevate meaningful causes, and inspire lasting change.
Kerin is also a best-selling author, featured in the collaborative book Unstoppable: Stories of Grit, Determination, and Perseverance (June 2025), alongside Lisa Nichols and other influential leaders. Her chapter encourages women to see that healing is not the end of ambition—it is the beginning of grounded, enduring power.
Originally from New Orleans, her life was forever changed by Hurricane Katrina, which forced her to rebuild—not just her home, but her identity. Now based in the Carolinas, she is deeply committed to creating space for others to do the same: to rise stronger, live more fully, and lead with truth.
